Pale gold colour, apple & cinnamon on the nose along with candied fruit, rosehip, mixed peel, spices and some slightly earthy notes.

Medium-bodied palate shows sugared almonds, green apples, restrained malt balance and a big hit of peppery spice which lingers with some late-arriving cognacy flavours to round things out. Addition of water brings some welcome toffeed notes to nose & palate.
