I have been slowly working my way through a bottle of this and it is good, quite a surprise coming from where it does, - not reminsicent of Springbank but it really grows on you. It is warm, smooth shortbread. I hope an older version comes along that is a little richer and buttery, that will be fantastic. Should I have kept this unopened as a collectors item?
