Isle of Jura 1999 / 5 Year Old

The runaway success of the super-peaty Cask 92 led to this second bottling from the same experimental batch a couple of years later. The extra age has tamed the aggressiveness of the peat somewhat, so this cask is as you would expect - a slightly more mature elder sibling, but still boisterous enough to wreak a delightfully playful havoc on the tastebuds.
