Color: deep amber - quite light viscosity
Nose: fresh, malty, flowers combined with honey, scents of wood, toffee, lots of esters (water: light aromatic, malt, again lots of esters (remover, citrus), caramel, rich and a gentle scent pattern emerge later on.
Palate: liquorice, light and fatty, (water: creamy, light sweetness, fruity, exotic fruit, spices (white pepper and exotic spices).
Finish: warming, tickleing (water: warming, long with some wood in the aftertaste).
Comment: a lovely Glenturret matured on sherry wood, a very rare chance to taste a venture like this.
