Bottler's Tasting Notes

"Carrying a massively fresh salt, sea-air tang initially, it warms on the nose after some minutes to a round, warming, soft damp leather character (with melting sugar tones!).  With a mid-weighted body, the mouth fell is full, the palate being salty, dry and distinctly oceanic - with cedar wood tones and an ashy suggestion late.  The finish is complex with coal dust, ash and iodine flavours to the fore."
