The latest range from Duncan Taylor, NC2 apparently signifies the fact that the malts are non-chilfiltered and not coloured. None of their other ranges are chilfiltered or coloured either, but presumably they wanted to re-emphasise the point.

Tasting Notes:
Tasting Notes by TF

Nose: Some citrus, raisins, spices at first.  Develops rose and other floral notes.  Bramble fruits, trace of honeysuckle.  Plum pie.  Malt Loaf.

Palate:  Gentle spicy attack. Very pleasant, if unchallenging.  Fewer of the notes from the promising nose.  Delicate interplay of malt and floral notes with some fresh-baked pastry notes.

Finish:  Fades away very gently, but rather too quickly.

Comment:  A very drinkable dram that might have been even better had it been bottled at full strength. Delicate and more-ish.
