Reehmeo - Geographically, Speyside is a region within the Highlands. It is classified separately for whisky because there are so many distilleries concentrated within the region.

Above it states it is of the Speyside region. Isn't Macallan from Highland?

Big, deep, rich, fruity, highly complex with a massive sherry hit. Very well balanced and constructed. The Macallan elegance and intrinsic taste comes shining through. This, or something similar - like the Yamazaki 18. is always one of my regular nine on-the-go bottles. A real winner.
