Customer Reviews
Nose: Big winey notes and tannins. Sweet. Fruity as in marmalade: Think apricot. Smoke And peat that go well with the sweeter notes. Palate: Mega smoke with lots of sweetness and something I can’t quite pinpoint. Then we’re off to Earthy peat. Pepper. Lots of sugary stuff and the port is well felt. Not over tannin-y but the wine casks did their magic. Finish : Sweet peat , leather , wine and smoke.
I had already 2 bottles of this and bought it in the place I live in! A lot of red fruits on nose and palate with just enough smokiness in there! If any some more smoke would be better than less smoke. This is getting better when the bottle is opened for a couple of weeks!
