Japanese Single Malt Whisky
A single cask of twenty year-old cask-strength (60%!) Yamazaki matured in a Mizunara butt. Mizunara is also known as Quercus Mongolica, meaning this has been fully matured in new Japanese oak from the Shiretoko peninsula - how exciting is that?! The colour is beautiful as well: this should be spectacular.
