A vintage single cask 'richly peated' Benriach bottled at cask strength. Cask type is listed as Port Pipe, but it's not clear if that is a finish or full-term maturation. Amazing colour on this. Some of these old Benriachs have beautiful exotic fruit characters alongside the peat.

Bottler's Tasting Notes

Nose: Fruits, spices, citrus and a hint of peat.

Palate:  Huge tropical fruits with spice, damsons, ginger and citrus notes, and a wonderful hint of smoke and peat.
