I was fortunate enough to taste this product in the Port Charlotte hotel. The surge of peat on the nose turns to a smooth warming as this slips down. The flavours stay long in the mouth and for such a young spirit this is extremely succulent and tender with no medicine hints found in some other young Islay malts.

I was lucky enough to get one as present from my collegues.I can only aggree with the above review. Surprisingly lack of the "medicine" for such a young whisky, and the taste just keeps growing and expanding in your mouth for several minutes.If you are an "Islay man" - this is a must ;o) Posted By: Flemming Rasmussen
