A balanced ume liqueur from Choya. Ume is often mistaken for plum, although they are not the same. The ume fruits contain higher acidity than plums, specifically citric acid. This is a refreshing umeshu.
Choya original is a plum"wine" a umeshu quite light but flavourfula good not too potent aperitif or digestif serve it chilled from the fridge but no ice as it would dilute it too much and it will loose its faint flavour
