This is the nicest, smoothest, most flavoursome whisky i have ever had the pleasure of tasting. And i have sampled many whiskys.... Posted By: Jason dunlop

This one is light an fruity. Maybe to light for me for special evening,s but for everyday enjoyment it is just perfect. Sour, fruity and light as summer wind :) Posted By: Povilas Safranauskas

Its a relative dichotomy compared to most 10-12 whiskys. It has gone for a fruitier. lighter approach as opposed to a darker smokier appeal. I can taste citrus and almond and maybe a whiff of toffee. Light ...yes arguably but thats not always a bad thing when drinking more than one glass. Superb whiskey and although its just 10 year old it easily competes with whiskys well above it age category. I like to call this the converter of Whisky. Not only to those who abstain from spirits all together (beer drinkers) but also to seasoned whisky lovers. It is light and can easily be enjoyed straight in small quantities for the absolute beginner or by the tumbler for the veterans. It is of extremely high quality and easily compares to far more expensive brands! If it can get my dad drinking whisky it has to be without a doubt nothing short of exceptional! I am a newbie and this was my first Scotch. It's aroma was toffee like and it was silky smooth to drink and a bit salty in the middle. Then I got the burn when I swallowed which was very warming. I never thought I could ever drink whiskey neat but with this I could and enjoyed it. The free whiskey tumblers were of a good quality and a bonus for the price of the whiskey. Posted By: Tommy B

Glenmorangie

 Glenmorangie Distillery

Glenmorangie has existed as a distillery since 1843 when William Matheson bought a license to make whisky on the site of a brewery located near the Tarlogie Springs in Ross-shire in the highlands of Scotland.  Matheson bought two second-hand gin stills to make his spirit, and the distillery is famous for having the tallest stills in Scotland, although these days there are eight stills rather than just two (with more to come), and Bruichladdich claim that their stills are taller.
