The nose is very fruity, with aromas of lemon, pear, banana and honey, with gentle hints of caramel, roast oak and pepper. It has a very distinctive smoky character with undertones of juniper.
The flavour is fresh, fruity and smoky, with intense vanilla and caramel. The aftertaste brings sweetness, roast oak cask, smoke and a touch of salt.
