Tasting Notes:
Tasting Notes by TF

Nose:  Ripe red apple with an undercurrent of muscovado.  Develops butter toffee notes, fruit remains strong.  With time, chocolate & mocha notes emerge.  Very appealing.

Palate:  Medium-full. Oak, varnish, old church pew, big oak spices, dried fruit, mixed peel.  Some lively citrus notes. Very different to the distillery-bottled sherry monsters.

Finish: Medium length, with the drying oak coming out on top.
