Aged in solera for 7-8 years, which is visible on the palate; a vibrant tingling freshness, crisp and dry with the expected oxidative flaovurs of a typical Jerez fino balanced by perfect acidity and a lingering finish. Made from grapes grown only in their own vineyards.
