Aged in excesss of 18 years in solera, this oloroso has an old gold colour with a well-rounded pungent nutty nose showing hints of spice, old leather and coffee.

Immediately nutty on the palate, but with a tangy freshness that belies its age.  Long and well-balanced with a crisp finish.
