Nose: Light, and attractive, with fresh green apple, citrus zest and some exotic fruit. Develops floral and heather aromas, some mild clove, cinnamon and vanilla, honey, Murray mints and castor sugar.
Palate: Delicate and elegant mouth arrival, with the apple from the nose evolving to apple pie. Medium-bodied, with the exotic fruit (pineapple syrup) and the other elements from the nose all present.
Finish: Medium-length and perfectly-balanced with a faint trace of woodsmoke on the finish.
Comment: Obviously I'm biased, but the previous release of this was my favourite of our bottlings from last year, and I think I might actually prefer this. An incredibly elegant Bunna, gentle, fruity and very very more-ish. I could drink this all day.
