Bottler's Tasting Notes

Nose: Big, with a pinch of salt, yet sweet with macerated fruit.

Palate:  Pithy, sweetly spiced, softly-honeyed and barley-sugared.

Finish:  Malt, still spicy, running drier, tailing in smoke.
