Fruity, with pronounced oak, and by far the best of the Cardenal Mendoza line. Tasted it with friends against Cardenal Mendoza's top-tier Non Plus Ultra, and everyone enjoyed this more. Not crazy about the heavy oak, but I've never tasted a better Spanish Brandy.
