Mocambo's 20 year old rum is presented in a bottle wrapped in fibres from the amate tree – designed by Mexican artist Victor Fernandez Limon. The brand is owned by Licores Veracruz, who age their rums in old European white oak barrels for depth and woody complexity.

Nice product but a bit overpriced (pretty bottle syndrome) you can get better rims for less.
Love this rum not real sweet like other highend rums just smooth and mellow. Just a real nice different kind of rum.
The tag on this bottle that comes around the neck reads, "Made the old Mexico way. if you find a rum made in mexico now its made the Cuban way. For as dark as it is, its very dry, and kinda burnt tasting. I don't really care to sip or drink it strait. But I do like to use it for making tropical drinks(tiki) as it doesn't add much sweetness.
