On reflection - a slight hint of burnt matches at the end of the finish... but somehow not at all unpleasant.

In amongst the sherry, the fruit (passion fruit and lime!) is a definite sherbet spritz. This one is sprightlier than the 17 year old. Complex and fascinating! No sulphur for me though...
