Chichibu 2008 / Bourbon Cask # 127

Part of the first release from the new distillery built at Chichibu by Ichiro Akuto to replace his family's Hanyu distillery (which was dismantled in 2004). This spirit is just a few months old, having been distilled in July and bottled in October after a few months rest in a bourbon barrel.
