BRBM has a beautiful nose, really grows on me; tried it head-to-head with Kilchoman Summer 2010 ... worlds apart. Highland peat is nutty and punchy, Islay peat is more floral and almondy. A bit pricey, LIKE A LOT. Also VERY different from Highland-Park heathery peat. One for the collection of a peat-head.

Nice, but quite a "young" whisky. The peatiness isn't as intense as in "curiositas". But still a very pleasant whisky.

Wow. Nice. Smoky, slightly medicinal, with a underlying honey vanilla sweetness accented with a salty meat fat flavor. A very good dram for the money I have to say!
