No joke. This was awarded 96 points in the 2009 Whisky bible[one the top twenty in the world] and is sold out at from the distillery. It's successor, a single cask portwood, is European single cask whisky of the year and also rated 96 points. Posted By: nigel short [ penderyn ]

I'm sorry but people who ask if its a joke and say its too pricey should maybe stick to teachers. A very delightful whisky indeed

a favourite of mine and was well worth the visit to the distillery for a tasting...the peated is the closest to a colapsed scrum you will ever taste ;-) Posted By: grainger
