A little too 'herby' for my aged taste-buds, but it mixes well with water, Indian tonic, soda water or (dare I say it?) a dash of lemonade. Oh, and an ice cube. Vive la difference, or whatever they say in the Basque Country. Well worth a go.
A warm weather treat as always.
Perfect in every way.
Just been gifted a bottle (dated 2011) and looking forward to trying. However it's cloudy with some sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Should I proceed?
I was in Spain when I first tried and bought this liquor. Produced near the French boarder I had at first thoughts said it reminded me of Ricard. Thoughtful its not as harsh with sweet honey undertone ans a taste of sloe gin. Best serverd with ice as a shot. Will experiment to try different mixers once home in England
