N:  Strong aromas of raw cake or cookie dough - a sweetishness, plus sherry-soaked sponge fingers from a trifle.  Some citrus in there as well - mixed peel.  Milky, creamy notes.

P:  Disconcerting at first to have fragments of fruit in the mouth along with the liquid.  Again the impression is of sponge and cooking sherry or schnapps.  Quite sweet. This is really like a liquidised trifle, with the mixed peel citrus from the nose present as well, alongside cocoa powder and cake spice.

F:  Sherry-esque flavours linger longest.
