Ron Los Valientes 10 Year Old Rum

A stellar range of Mexican (yes, Mexican) rums named after the fighters in the Mexican Revolution. Uniquely, as far as we can tell, Los Valientes is a blend of 70% pot-distilled rum from sugar cane juice (ie rhum agricole) and 30% colum-distilled molasses rum, which is then rested in used white oak barrels, prolonging the ageing process by using less active wood.
