Oxley's is a smart new English gin, made using the extremely unusual 'cold distillation' technique. Cold distillation employs a vacuum to remove the pressure from within the still lowering the temperature to below -5°C, causing the spirit to ‘boil’.

Was offered Oxley Gin at La Cancha II Asador restaurant Spain whilst on holiday and was delighted with it, served in a balloon glass, as recommended, with a small amount of tonic - very smooth and would buy for home consumption too!

Wow!! a delightful surprise...a truly different gin. I enjoy Sapphire and this is smooth, subtle, and great with just a slight twist or an olive.

Tried this the other day at a Bscardi 'history of cocktails' roadshow. New to their portfolio and a very nice aromatic citrusy style of gin. Try it neat or in a martini with a grapefruit twist
