Doesn't disappoint, smokey flavours kept in control with nice vanilla toffee notes. Much smoother than might be expected from the name. Certainly one of the best of the peaty malts

If this is not a Laphroaig, I'm a martian. A great malt, subtle, soft smoky character with exotic fruit twist. Don't expect usual Laphroaig peat explosion.

I'm still sniffing the empty bottle!

What an impressive whisky not only in taste but in appearance being a metal cylinder box. Restricted to just 6000 in the world but well worth opening the bottle for a dram or two.

it's the most beautiful whiskey I've ever tasted! Rich, smokey and full of flavour!

Really enjoyed a dram of this just 3 hours ago. Vanilla, dried prunes and hints of furniture-polish. Well balanced peat and smoke. An aged and sophisticated Islay-Malt.Nevertheless,Do yourself a favour, save some money and buy an Ardbeg Corryvreckan instead.
