These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

1. Copyright
No photography, imagery, text, source code and any other material shown on www.thewhiskyexchange.com may be reproduced or redistributed without our prior written permission.

2. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, using the following cards: VISA, VISA Delta, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

3. Returns Policies
It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products) which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge), or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.

Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us about returning the products. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Minimum legal age
We may only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.

5. Taxes and Duties
Alcohol products sold at www.thewhiskyexchange.com are subject to UK taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). If we are sending to an address outside the EU, we will not charge VAT, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.

6. Delivery
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
All deliveries are made Mon-Fri during business hours, unless a Saturday delivery is requested. To ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. After processing, (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you), all orders are despatched using a 24 hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK, 48 hour service to many European addresses and 72 hours to outlying areas of the UK. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address.

7. Availability
We have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.

8. Continuity of access / service
Our objective is to offer our customers the best possible service, but we are unable to accept responsibility for interrupted access to www.thewhiskyexchange.com due to technical problems outside of our control. Due to the nature of the Internet, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time, and we are therefore unable to guarantee entirely error-free access and services.
