1997 Vintage Whisky

A single cask release from Wemyss. All of Wemyss Malt's are given names to help identify the character of the whisky. Their 1997 Clynelish has been named "Fresh Fruit Sorbet" so expect some fresh, crisp, fruity flavours.

A 15 year old peated Bunnahabhain from Signatory. Distilled on December 11th 1997 and bottled un-chillfiltered from a marrying of 6 casks on January 18th 2013.

An Old Malt Cask bottling of 15 year old Macallan by Douglas Laing, distilled in October 1997, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled in February 2013.
