Great Service!
My order was quickly confirmed and dispatched and received well within the time stated. I can't comment on the quality of the whiskey as, unfortunately, it was gift for someone else!

Simple, quick excellent range of Whisky
Found the whisky exchange on Google, excellent range of Islay whiskys. Easy to navigate, whiskey arrived a few days later, well packaged and in perfect condition ... and delicious!

An easy and speedy shopping experience, great quality products from the the finest manufacturers. Good prices and a superb choice. Bottles turned up very securely packaged and they use Royal Mail as the couriers, so no problems there.

The whisky exchange in my opinion is the best speciality drinks company around. the website is easy and friendly to use ,and the service you get from ordering to delivering is first class. if there is a rare or special bottle that i want the whisky exchange always has what I'm looking for in stock. i recently purchased a bottle of whisky that can not be bought in shops for fathers day with which i decided to buy at a date on which I didn't think it would arrive on time. but the whisky exchange made sure it arrived in time which it did. so this is me thanking you for a excellent and always enjoyable service and purchase . :)

Disappointed with the delivery service
The whisky was for father's day for my father-in-law. It was sent in good time but delivered without signature to a different street. Luckily someone spotted it on a doorstep and realised who it was for and after checking with my in-laws went back to get it for them. It could have easily gone missing and caused all sorts of problems. This is not the Whisky Exchanges problem, but they need to know what is going on with their delivery company.

The excellent value behind the hype.
Whisky has had to go on the streets to make a living. Perfectly decent malts have had to put on Mickey Mouse costumes and invent exotic backstories. This is because they have to appeal to overpaid wannabees who cling to the belief that the purchase of overpriced externals can somehow provide them with the taste, discretion, culture and dignity they so conspicuously lack. OK, that's the way the world is run nowadays. When my local shop - and their wholesalers - stopped stocking my favourite (blended) Scotch, I went on a Google search. To my surprise, the Whisky Exchange still stocks it at a very reasonable price. Not only is the price good, but the delivery is impeccable and very fast. They also take Amex and give Quidco cashback - what could be better? Needless to say, I'm now a regular customer. This is a model online business and deserves to prosper. Shame about the rich idiots who make it possible. Try and look beyond the marketing to the decent stuff underneath - you won't regret it.

Fantastic choice, great prices, prompt delivery - what's not to like???!!!
Directed to this website by a canny friend who wanted a nice bottle of whisky for his birthday. Was really impressed by the range on offer and ended up buying two bottles for him and a selection of other bottles for myself! The prices were very competitive and the deliveries both arrived quickly - have a look yourself because if you don't you could be missing out! I will definitely use this site again.

Good service - excessive packaging - awful courriers
The items arrived in good order and on time. Packaging is not ecologically friendly, is excessive and those annoying polystyrene bits that get everywhere. The courriers did not follow instructions to leave items and we had to spend £15 collecting the boxes from a highly inaccessable and understaffed dump.

Brilliant service, would recommend to anyone looking for something out of the ordinary.
I have used this site three times now and every time it has been a pleasure dealing with the company. The choice of whiskies, rums and other spirits is mind boggling, making choosing really difficult. Makes the supermarkets choice of spirits look very poor. The prices are reasonable compared to other companies on the internet with the added sweetener of free gifts with my purchases. All of my items have arrived on time and without damage. I can't recommend The Whisky Exchange enough to any one looking for a gift for a special someone. You won't be disappointed!

Great present for Hubbie.
I ordered and received a specific bottle of Whisky for My husband, a present for Father's Day. It arrived so very quickly but, it remained unopened until the day. My Husband was delighted at speed with which it arrived, I explained the service is always 1st class, having previously dealt with them. I also told him of the polite service and, wide range of various drinks they carry. He was so pleased with the packing and, care that had been taken when he finally opened the bottle. The Whisky itself delighted him and, he had a great Father's Day. Thank you for you courtesy and rapid response to my order. I will always deal with you in preference to off licenses etc.

Excellent Irish whiskey and shop!
The Whisky Exchange is a helpful, clear, easy to use online shop with excellent delivery service. Never had any problems and have used about half dozen times - only place to get my father's favourite whiskey and would not go anywhere else. Hope they continue to be as good!

A Single Malt of an Experience
I knew I wanted The Balvenie offer so it was as easy as clicking the button choosing that and it was done. Address and credit card details were easy to input and all worked without a hitch. Even better, my discounted Balvenie arrived almost the day after, beautifully wrapped with protection and the hip flask and mats wrapped in quality paper inside. No problems whatever - a very high class service. Now only the long wait for 6 October to go.

Good choice of products and quick delivery
I ordered a bottle of rum for my father for Father's Day. Delivery says 3-5 working days so I ordered it on Monday to make sure it got to him in time, it was delivered by Wednesday. I was pleased with the prompt delivery.

The perfect gift available with no hassle and much speed!
Our family were out enjoying a celebratory meal when spotted behind the bar was exactly what I thought would a lovely gift for my husband ...whose favourite tipple just happens to be Blue Saphire Gin. There on the shelf was a beautiful glass with the most stunning pale blue stem and with 'Blue Saphire' beautifully etched onto it's huge bowl ...perfect for the larger than average ice cold G & T or cocktail. Now, it appears you can't buy these glasses anywhere ...but they're so beautiful! So, the hunt was on and ended within minutes with The Whiskey Exchange being able to offer just what I wanted. Ordering couldn't be simpler and they arrived within 24 hours ...well packaged, no breakages and fantastic efficient service! Somewhat a rarity these days! Great Service
I would highly recommend this site to all my friends. The only thing I could recommend that they improve is that they should show the price including VAT on the pages instead of waiting till check-out to add the VAT. This would make it much easier to compare prices and to see what great value The Whisky Exchange is compared to other sites!

Excellent service - quick and efficient delivery
I ordered a bottle of John Powers Irish Whiskey as a Father's Day present and arranged to have the bottle devlivered direct to him. Although the confirmation said delivery could take up to 5 working days the delivery was made within 2. I had to ask for special devliery arrangements (leave with neighbours if no-one in) and these arrangements were complied with efficiently. I was able to track the item and confirm that it had been taken in and signed for by the neighbour. My father was very pleased with the gift itself (obviously!), so all round this was a successful and stress-free shopping experience (not always the case when buying goods online). I can strongly recommend The Whisky Exchange and will definitely use the company again (next time to treat myself!).
