Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday; delivery may require a signature and/or age verification and may not be left unattended.
We do not accept orders for certain address types – please read our delivery restrictions before placing an order.
After processing (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you), all orders are despatched using services aiming for a next Working Day service to most mainland destinations in the UK, approximately a 2 Working Day service to many European addresses, and approximately 3 Working Days to outlying areas of the UK. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address.
“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England. Delivery times shown on this page are estimates, not guarantees. If you are a UK consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or a person you nominate) takes physical possession of the goods. Alcohol deliveries may require age verification and an eligible adult signature. If no eligible adult is available, you are responsible for arranging re-delivery/collection and any reasonable charges levied by the carrier. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights (including rights relating to late delivery, faulty goods, cancellation and refunds).
Delivery Restrictions
Orders with Post Box Numbers as delivery addresses will not be dispatched and processing will be delayed while we contact you for a valid delivery address.
Due to differing rules imposed by couriers, aviation authorities and local legislative bodies regarding the national and international shipment of alcohol, please note that the following restrictions apply to our deliveries to the below territories:
We may be unable to deliver to certain locations due to legal/regulatory restrictions and carrier policies; availability and options shown at checkout will apply to your order.
- British Forces Post Office (BFPO)
- No products with an alcohol-by-volume (ABV) over 24% may be sent to a BFPO address.
- Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland
- Order must not exceed 10 litres of liquid.
- Express delivery is not available to these areas.
- Macau
- No products with an alcohol-by-volume (ABV) over 60% may be sent to Macau.
- Norway
- No products with an alcohol-by-volume (ABV) over 60% may be sent to Norway.
- Taiwan
- Order must not exceed 5 litres of liquid.
- USA
- We are unable to deliver your order to:

Delivery restrictions may change due to carrier requirements or legal/regulatory changes; eligibility and options shown at checkout will apply to your order.
If we cannot deliver to your address after you place an order (for example due to a carrier or legal/regulatory change), we will contact you and, if necessary, cancel and refund any undelivered items.
Express Delivery
Next-day delivery is available for UK orders placed before the cut-off time specified on the Delivery Charges page; these orders will be processed for delivery on the next working day after the order is placed. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day and should arrive on the next working day after that.
While we strive to achieve specified delivery dates, we cannot accept liability for late delivery if caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Where an order is time-critical, we ask that you ensure you place your order in good time to avoid disappointment.
In the unlikely event that a specified delivery date is not achieved and the order is delivered later the same day or on the next working day, a partial refund will be made, calculated as the difference between our standard next-day delivery charge and that charged at the time of placing the order.
This partial refund relates to delivery charges only and does not affect your statutory rights.
“Next-day” and “before 6.30pm” services are subject to delivery-area coverage and events outside our reasonable control (including weather, industrial action, carrier network disruption and customs delays).
If you are a consumer and delivery is late, you may have statutory rights to require delivery within an additional appropriate period and/or to cancel (for example where time was of the essence). This clause does not limit those rights.
