Payment Options
Payment for your order can be made using credit or debit card, , by cash or cheque or by bank transfer. Payment can be made online using our automated checkout service or by telephone or fax. You can also place your order online via our website and opt to make your payment by telephone by calling us on 020 8838 9440 (International: +44 20 8838 9440).
Credit or Debit Cards
We accept all major credit or debit cards
To pay using your Pay Pal account simply confirm this option during checkout and follow the on screen process to log into your Pay Pal account as usual. You will be returned to our website to complete checkout once payment has been confirmed.
Cash or Cheque Payment
The following conditions apply to cash or cheque payments:

Cash payment can only be accepted for orders to be collected. Collections need to be arranged in advance and can be made either from our Head Office or from The Whisky Exchange at Vinopolis.

Payment can be made by cheque but we can only release an order once the cheque has cleared which can take anything between 4 - 10 working days depending on your bank. Please write your order reference number on the back of the cheque and send it to us at our Head Office.

Bank Transfer
We are pleased to accept bank transfers but have to charge a fee of £12 to cover bank charges for customers outside of the UK. If you accept this charge, please make your payment to the bank details we email you when the order has been confirmed.
