Appearance
Pale, straw golden yellow with small persistent bubbles.

Aroma
Lightly biscuity with toasted cashew, green apple, mineral and sage aromas.

Taste
Fairly Subtle, integrated yet full-bodied palate with white fruit, lemon thyme and sharp lemon acidity.

Aftertaste
Mineral finish with lemon grass and faint melon skin.

Producer's Tasting Notes

Persistent trail of fine bubbles with a pale yellow colour. A lively wine, with good varietal expression, revealing aromas of white fruit (pear) and the crust of freshly baked bread.

A fresh, fairly intense palate, well balanced with good length, then notes of gingerbread and fruit on the finish.

Jacquart also produce a variety of other great Champagnes in a range of different styles, including Rosé,
