Producer's Tasting Notes

Persistent trail of fine bubbles with a pale yellow colour. A lively wine, with good varietal expression, revealing aromas of white fruit (pear) and the crust of freshly baked bread.

A fresh, fairly intense palate, well balanced with good length, then notes of gingerbread and fruit on the finish.
