The most revered of Midleton's single pot still whiskies, Redbreast was created around a hundred years ago for bonder and importer Gilbey's Wines & Spirits. Redbreast uses a higher proportion of sherry casks than its sister whiskey Green Spot and is aged for longer, making it rich and deliciously silky. In 2011 two new members were introduced into the single pot still family: Powers John's Lane 12yo and Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy.
