A 1997 vintage whisky from Edradour, distilled on December 16th 1997 and bottled at cask strength on October 15th 2011. They haven't said what type of cask this came from, but from the outturn and deep natural colour it's almost certainly a sherry butt
A curious Edradour 10yo, bottled by independent bottler Signatory - who own Edradour. We're not sure why they've chosen to bottle this as part of the Un-Chillfiltered collection instead of as an official bottling (answers on a postcard). Nonetheless, it looks interesting - there's no info on the cask type, but at this colour for a 10yo, and with 908 bottles, we're guessing this might be from a sherry butt.
