Wow - an underlying citrussy honey with a surge of chewy sherry, and a slight spicy kick mid way through, but smooth with a hint of sweetened bitterness (does that make sense?) from the 17 years in wood at the end. Not much peat to my palate. Delicious dram - I just wonder if it is quite worth the £50 plus tag... press me and the answer is yes. 85/100.
