Hennessy XO Cognac Reviews
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: The first wave, rich in dried-fruit aromas such as prunes and dried figs overcomes you. The aromas evolve to a more dense notes of chocolate and black pepper, mellowed by cinnamon, clove and cardamom.
Palate: Very balanced on the palate, XO confirms the aromas discovered by scent: dried fruit and chocolate. Elegant and robust, it reveals balance, roundness and harmony among aromas underlined by the strength of peppery notes and vegetable fragrances from the oak.
Finish: A lovely long aftertaste is enrobed in velvet, conferring the last sweet notes of cinnamon and vanilla.

It is a first class Cognac, definitely not to be rushed. I think it holds it's own against others and I do keep coming back to it. I will return to buy again, and again,,,,,,,,
Just the best sipper out there. I am more a rum and whiskey man but this is fantastic

Chaps I'm back just to say I have just had the first glass of this unbelievable tasting fluid, my god this drink never let's you down..this is surely a drink from the gods..I'd like to thank the whiskey exchange an wish u all a merry Christmas, there is no better way to ring and dance the new year in with the chums and a bottle of pure magic..god bless the xo.. Bang on
Most certainly one of the best cognacs around in this price range. Far better than Courvoisier XO, Martel Cordon Bleu & Remy XO. Probably even slightly better than the more expensive Martel XO. A truly wonderful cognac, for connoisseurs and cognac newbies alike. Personally, I prefer it to Paradis - it seems to have a much more robust and complex flavour-array.
Fantastic drink I enjoyed several with the chums,I'm just in the middle of another purchase of this fine product. Chaps there is nothing quite like a fine cigar and a Hennessy xo at the end of a long hard day after working your fingers to the bone. As a connoisseur I enjoy the finer things in life this drink being one of them, oh yes an my beautiful wife
This is incredible. Along with Paul Beau Hors D'age and Remy Martin XO Premier Cru Cognac - my favourite.
Simply the best i ever had....
Your price is fantastic. I just visited the Henessey distillery in Cognac and paid a lot more for a bottle of XO in the shop. After a few sample glasses at the end of the tour I still think it was good value. The aroma in the ageing room is just wonderful.
