Tasting notes by Billy A
Nose: Sweet fruit on a rich and leathery backdrop. Grapes, apples, nectarines, woody spice and Fruit & Nut chocolate bars.
Palate: Elegant and rounded, with tart apricot and nectarine, sweet apple and raisin, a touch of wood polish, and buttery wood spice – nutmeg and cinnamon.
Finish: Long, sweet and elegant, with polished oak, stewed fruit and a hint of mint.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of white grapes, cut grass, apricots and white chocolate.
Taste: Silky smooth, with flavours of fig jam, honey, apricots, white chocolate and crisp saltiness at the end to balance the sweetness off.
Finish: Long and mellow.

Tried this one at Whisky Live 2014. It was my most memorable dram of the event. Fantastic stuff, now only to get a bottle! :)
Being a big Scotch drinker i was surprised to see an Irish Malt of this age. Unbelievable discovery and my dram of 2013!! The length, depth and finish were so so good... Sauterne wine cask very evident on the finish
