Tasting Notes

  • Producer's Notes

Nose: A green, herbaceous start with notes of apples and pears. An added freshness reminiscent of  cucumber water is complimented by star fruit and bright citrus.

Palate: A juicy feel with light orange sherbert flavours and pears with a teaspoon of golden syrup complimenting the clean white fruit from the nose. On the back of the palate is a hint of Earl Gray tea.

Finish: A creamy finish with oatmeal and honeysuckle.
