Tasting Notes

  • Bottler's Tasting Notes

    Nose:  Carries softly-baked fruit-cake and a light floral character.

    Palate:  Mild, subtly gristy, spiced and citric, (lemon) clean.

    Finish:  Lightly smoked / baked, softly spiced / barleyed, + late orange.
