Echo Spring is a historic bourbon brand originally made by the now-defunct Murphy-Barber distillery (established 1881) in Clermont, Kentucky. The distillery was sold to Jim Beam around the time of prohibition, and nowadays the brand is owned and bottled by Heaven Hill distillers.
