Chartogne-Taillet Champagne

This delightful grower is based in the Marne Valley where they have 11 hectares which they work organically (although not certified). Their yields are half of the normal Champagne yields and they work with a low dosage levels on all their Champagnes. Even on their basic cuvées they age the wines 'sur lie' way past the requisite 15 months, averaging three to four years.
