The house of Pierre Gimonnet & Fils work with 28 hectares of Chardonnay from the heart of the Cotes du Blanc grand- and premier-cru vineyards. Their vines have an average age of 35 years allowing them grow grapes that can provide complexity and intensity in the wines. They work with reserve wines that are four to five years old.
