Champagne & Sparkling Wine

Andrew Weeber brought the vineyards in 2004 with the goal to produce an amazing sparkling wine to rival the best in the world, and his winemaker Charlie Holland has not let him down in this respect. The vineyards are in Appledore, Kent which has a similar terroir and climate to Champagne; they also age and make all their wines following the same principles as they do in Champagne.
