Bertrand Gautherot is a brilliant producer based in the little-known Aube valley in the south of the Champagne region. He owns four hectares on which he practices biodynamic viticulture and has very low yields. In the winery he uses natural yeasts and ages the wines in barrel. He, like Ulysse Colin has zero dosage.
