A liqueur maker from the island of Formentera in Ibiza that has been making their product since 1880. The company is named after its founder, Juan Mari Mayans, who originally studied plants for medicine before he started distilling. In 1997 the company were able to attain a geographical designation for Hierbas Ibicenas.
