De Montal Armagnac is produced by Compagnie des Produits de Gascogne, a co-op of growers across the Bas Armagnac region. Production at CPG is efficient and modern, with grapes spending less than ten minutes between field and press so as to ensure freshness. Distillation takes place on three large stills named Athos, Porthos, and Aramis.
